Self-Hypnosis Workshops (4 consecutive weeks- participation required in all sessions.)

Work in a small group with experienced clinical hypnotherapist Kat Turnbull to unlock your own potential and empowerment using Self-Hypnosis.
Learn the tools and methods needed to create sustainable change in your own life. Participants are asked to think about what they might like to use self-hypnosis for, which can provide a focus for the sessions. The learned techniques can be applied thereafter by the participant in any other chosen areas. Please speak to Kat in advance if you have any questions.
Group members will be provided with a warm welcome, individualised support, information handouts and exercises, tea/coffee/a light snack during break and a guided light hypnosis/relaxation at the end of each session.
Mats and blankets will be provided, but please bring an extra cover/pillow for your own comfort should you want to.
Please note that there is no expectation for members to share personal experiences. Self-hypnosis empowers and supports an individual's choice; disclosure will always be at their own discretion.
