Wild Tide Summer Retreat

Join us for a relaxing evening of yoga, meditation and breath work. This mini retreat is the perfect opportunity to wind down for the weekend, and an invitation to leave your stresses and worries behind as you take time out for you.

We'll begin our evening with a grounding meditation to help you settle the mind then move into a seasonal yoga practice for the Early Summer season - with lots of gentle postures and flows to bring vitality and balance to the body. Our evening winds down with some soothing Yin postures and breathwork to reset the nervous system and a luscious guided 'yoga nidra' relaxation.

There will be the opportunity to share some refreshments and a hot drink afterwards before heading home.
